In addition there is a utility room with fridge/freezer and washing machine and a separate WC with another walk in shower.

The open plan design downstairs provides all your home comforts. Furnished with dining table and four chairs adjacent to the kitchen, a bright and spacious sitting area with 2 x 2 seater sofas and 2 armchairs, coffee table and satellite TV (50+ channels).
